Getting Started

AlgoriTrader is a platform for automated trading on MetaTrader 5. We provide professional-grade Expert Advisors (EAs), indicators, and a built-in trade journal to help traders automate and analyze their strategies.

Click Get Started on the homepage or visit the sign up page. You'll need to provide a display name, email address, and password. After signing up, you'll receive a verification code by email to confirm your address.

Yes. Every new account starts on the Free plan automatically. You can explore the platform, browse the EA catalog, and upgrade to a paid plan whenever you're ready. No credit card is required to sign up.

After subscribing to a plan that includes the EA you want:

  1. Download the .ex5 file from your dashboard.
  2. Place it in your MetaTrader MQL5\Experts folder.
  3. In MetaTrader, go to Tools → Options → Expert Advisors and allow WebRequest for https://algoritrader.com.
  4. Drag the EA onto any chart and enter your email and password in the input parameters.
  5. The EA will verify your license automatically and begin trading.

Products & Features

Expert Advisors are automated trading programs that run inside MetaTrader 5. They analyze the market and execute trades on your behalf according to a predefined strategy, with built-in risk management features.

Indicators are visual analysis tools that overlay on your MetaTrader charts. Unlike EAs, they don't execute trades automatically — they provide signals, patterns, and data visualizations to help you make better manual trading decisions.

The Trade Journal is a built-in performance tracker available on qualifying plans. It automatically syncs your closed trades from MetaTrader, provides a balance curve chart, symbol distribution analytics, win/loss statistics, and lets you annotate trades with notes and tags for review.

Subscriptions & Billing

We offer multiple subscription tiers with monthly or yearly billing. Yearly plans come with a discount. Each tier unlocks a specific set of EAs, indicators, and platform features. You can view all options on our pricing page.

Yes. You can upgrade or change your plan from your dashboard at any time. When upgrading mid-cycle, we prorate the cost — you only pay the difference for the remaining days in your current billing period.

Yes. All paid plans are available with yearly billing at a discount. You can toggle between monthly and yearly pricing on the pricing page or during checkout to see the savings.

When a paid subscription expires, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. You keep your account and login, but EAs and indicators tied to paid tiers will stop verifying. Your trade journal data is preserved — it will be accessible again if you resubscribe.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you cancel your subscription, you retain full access until the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you believe a charge was made in error.

EA Setup & Verification

You enter the same email and password you use to log in to the AlgoriTrader website. These are entered in the EA's input parameters when you attach it to a chart. The credentials are sent securely over HTTPS.

Each plan has a limit on how many MT5 accounts can actively run EAs at the same time. This is not an installation limit — you can install the EA on as many accounts as you like. Only the accounts that are currently running and verifying count toward your slot limit.

For example, if your plan allows 2 active accounts:

  • You can install the EA on 10 different MT5 accounts.
  • Only 2 of those can be actively running at the same time.
  • If you stop running on one account, you can release its slot from your dashboard and free it up for another account.

This message appears when you've reached the maximum number of simultaneously active MT5 accounts for your subscription tier. To fix it:

Releasing a slot doesn't delete anything — it simply frees it up. If you reattach the EA to that account later (and have room), it will automatically reclaim the slot.

If the verification server is temporarily unreachable when the EA loads, it will display an alert and remove itself from the chart. This is a safety measure to prevent unauthorized usage. Simply reattach the EA once connectivity is restored. Our server targets 99.9% uptime.

When a new version is available, the EA will alert you on the next chart load and remove itself. Download the updated .ex5 file from your dashboard, replace the old file in your MQL5\Experts folder, and reattach it to your chart.

Custom EA Consultations

If you have a unique trading strategy you'd like automated, you can book a one-on-one consultation with our development team. During the session, we'll discuss your strategy requirements, technical feasibility, timeline, and pricing for a custom-built EA tailored to your specifications.

Consultations are available to users on paid plans. Navigate to the Custom EA page from your dashboard, fill out the strategy details form, select an available date and time slot, and complete the payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

Yes, each consultation can be rescheduled once at no additional charge. You can reschedule from your dashboard up until the consultation date. Bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance.

No. Consultations are non-refundable and non-cancelable once booked. You may reschedule once if needed. Please make sure the selected date and time work for you before completing the booking.

Account & Security

Go to your dashboard and click Change password in the Account section. You'll need to enter your current password, then choose a new one. All other active sessions will be signed out automatically for security.

Click Forgot your password? on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a secure reset link that's valid for 60 minutes. Click the link, choose a new password, and you'll be able to log in immediately. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder.

Yes. Contact our support team to request account deletion. All your personal data, trade history, and subscription records will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
